A:Welcome to visit our factory, and we will show you our professional production process, and hoping we can have a long cooperation with you.

Q:HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU SHIP OUT MY ORDER?
A:The tracking number(DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS etc.)or Air Waybill or B/L by Sea will be sent to you as soon as your goods are shipped out, we also follow up the delivery and keep you informed. The helpful after service is provided-We support what very sell.

Q:WHAT'S YOUR SAMPLE TIME? WHAT'S YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

A:7 days for sample, and 15-20 days for mass production. It's depends on the quantity.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TERMS?
We normally ship our goods by sea FOB Shanghai, the port nearest to our factory in China. Other shipping terms are OK. Just tell us which item is the most suitable one for you.
